Our story

"Why doesn't anyone tell you how swollen your butt cheeks will be?"

After a C-section and a forceps delivery, sisters Steph and Rach were both waddling around in adult nappies with ice packs on rotation, wondering why there wasn't a better, comfier way.

When should I start wearing FEMMi?

Straight after birth. Pack them in your hospital bag so they're ready from day one, whether you have a vaginal birth or a C-section.

How do I use the gel packs?

Freeze for up to 2 hours for cooling relief, or heat in the microwave in 10 second increments for warmth. Then slide the pack into the pocket.

How absorbent are they?

Each pair absorbs up to 10 tampons' worth of postpartum or period flow, with full leak protection.

How do I wash them?
